Install it in under a minute

Getting started
What happens after you run it
Run the installer
It installs the DeskTunnel service, the session helper and the app into one folder, adds the firewall rules the product needs, and brings the .NET runtime with it.
Read your address
A ten-digit address is issued the first time the service starts and stays with the machine. That address is how anybody reaches it.
Connect
Type the other machine’s address and ask. Somebody there accepts, and the session opens — directly between the two computers wherever the network allows it.
Before you install
What it needs
Good to know
A few honest notes
It installs a Windows service
That is how a machine can be reached when nobody is signed in. The installer registers it, sets its recovery actions and leaves your device identifier in place if you ever reinstall.
Your antivirus may be in the way
Products that inspect TLS re-sign the traffic, which fails our certificate pinning on purpose. The session is refused and the issuer is named in the event log, so you can see exactly which product did it.
Free sessions can be relayed
When a direct link is impossible the session is carried by a relay, and a free device may itself be offered as a relay candidate for other users. What that means in detail — and how to switch it off — is set out in the Network Participation Terms.
Updating is automatic
An updater ships alongside the app. It stops the service, swaps the files and starts it again, so you are not left half-upgraded.
Rolling it out to more than a few machines?
The installer takes an access key, so a machine attaches itself to your organization on first start. Tell us how many and we will walk you through it.
